Transport

If you require assistance on arrival to Belfast it is vital that you tell us the arrival point, time, and airline with flight code and departure point. We will arrange pick up from the two Belfast airports, Belfast International and Belfast City, where possible combining with other arrivals, so a small wait may be necessary - you will be advised. Please note we will not pick up from Dublin but the Coach service is good and we can pick up from the Belfast arrival point if necessary. For timetable and tickets visit - aircoach.ie

During the conference, most people will be within easy walking distance of the venue, but please let us know of mobility problems. Some may be staying with families of the Holywood Steiner School, the train service to the university area is good, also a lift system may be set up.
