Security

At the time of registration each person will be given a security pass that can be worn around the neck. These will be individually named and carry the I.D. number issued at time of booking. As the conference is taking place in a city environment the passes will be vital for unhindered movement between Methody and Elmwood Hall. So please wear them.

For those of you driving to Belfast we have been allocated free parking in the grounds of Methodist College. You must give make, colour and registration number of your car at time of application or before arriving.

Lockable rooms will be allocated for the safety of the lyres and to avoid unnecessary carrying around.
