Outings

The Saturday afternoon is given over to choices of outings.

1. A trip to Rostrevor in the Mourne Mountains for the Fiddler’s Green Festival of Irish music, and a possibility to visit a Benedictine Monastery as well. This is a long trip so would leave directly after lunch. www.fiddlersgreenfestival.com

The other trips are shorter, so it may be possible to choose two, and might leave after lyre workshops at 16.00.

5. A river boat trip on the Lagan (see where the Titanic was launched). www.laganboatcompany.com
