Catering

The area of the conference, i.e. by the University, is well covered by a large variety of restaurants and facilities, within easy walking distance. We will list the best value ones nearer the time.

Those staying in Methody ( Methodist College Belfast) will have all their meals provided. For others it is possible to book evening meals in Methody at £25 for 5. It may be necessary to set up a two sitting system in the College. Please help us by making the decision on your registration form, not forgetting to let us know about special dietary requirements.

Lunch time you are free to make your own arrangements.

We have made arrangements with Methody to make it possible to book the 5 lunch time meals, also at a cost of £25.00. These will need to be paid in advance at registration or added on to the form if you are yet to sent it.

Mid morning and mid afternoon breaks will be available, in the College, and a ‘Break’ table will be set up in a room off the main Elmwood hall, as a handy choice.
